The National Center's Evaluation Division is located in West Haven, CT. This Division conducts evaluation on VA's PTSD clinical programs. This work is done through a programmatic link with the VA's Northeast Program Evaluation Center (NEPEC). The Division also plays a key role in the PTSD Mentoring Program.

NEPEC has broad responsibilities within VA mental health to evaluate their programs, including those for specialized treatment of PTSD. (VA personnel can access more information on NEPEC on the VA intranet, by conducting an internal search for NEPEC PTSD.)
