What treatment is like

Treatment is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, you and your therapist will decide which treatment works best for you. There are a wide variety of programs and therapies, but there are three that are have been tested and proven to work best: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Medication.
