Begin this session by reviewing the Feelings Monitoring Forms that your clients have completed at home. If the clients have not completed the between session work, take a few minutes to review the rationale for homework, and complete a minimum of two examples of the Feelings Monitoring Form.

In addition, ask your clients if they have been finding the Focused Breathing helpful. If the answer is no, problem solve with them to find ways to make it more useful.
