Now that you have learned how to do the paced breathing exercise, set aside time to practice the exercise at least once per day.

Once you have mastered paced breathing, you will be able to use this skill when you need it in your life without having to visit the course.

By practicing you may improve your ability to relax. You may need to practice daily for two or three weeks before you become good at it.

Do not worry about how well you are doing. Know that with practice, your ability to relax will increase.
