The ITI includes items assessing the traumatic event, the 3 core PTSD symptoms of the ICD-11, the 3 core ICD-11 disturbances of self-organization (DSO), functional impairment related to both PTSD and DSO, duration, and global validity. For each symptom, standardized questions and probes are provided.

Administration and Scoring

Scoring criteria are outlined in the interview itself.
