Tech into Care

Tech into Care is an initiative open to everyone interested in learning how to integrate technology into care for Veterans. We focus primarily on the suite of mobile mental health applications (apps) created by the National Center for PTSD.

Our apps provide self-help, education and support for PTSD and related issues. Health care professionals can use the treatment companion apps with Veterans to keep them engaged between sessions. Most of the apps are available for both iOS and Android devices.

For Veterans who prefer to use a computer or who do not have a mobile device, the National Center has a variety of online courses.

The Tech Into Care team hosts 2 monthly calls. Below you will find information about the Tech Into Care Community of Practice call. There is also a Continuing Education Lecture Series open to VA and non-VA employees that occurs every second Wednesday of the month.

Join our Tech into Care Community of Practice calls

The Tech into Care Community of Practice call is a monthly interactive call open to any VA staff interested in using VA mobile apps and online self-management programs with Veterans. The calls feature subject matter experts at VA's National Center for PTSD, Dissemination and Training Division, as well as special guest speakers. Active discussion with attendees is highly encouraged.
