Preparing for PTSD Awareness Month: June 2013

June 27th was named PTSD Awareness Day by Congress (S. Res. 455). The National Center for PTSD continually promotes awareness of PTSD and effective treatments. During the month of June, we ask everyone to help us raise PTSD awareness.

If you are helping this cause, please take a minute to complete this Raise PTSD Awareness Pledge Form (.DOC). Then we will post about who is Working Together to Raise PTSD Awareness (page coming soon) in the PTSD Awareness Month section.

  • Set up a table with PTSD information
  • Get local media to air a PTSD public service announcement
