TOPIC: The hardest part

PTSD is hard. It’s hard to see a partner go through struggles they can’t manage. It’s hard to witness their anger, sadness and isolation. And it’s hard to feel powerless to help. But what many say is the hardest part is also the most beneficial: finding a way to get them to seek treatment.
