TOPIC: The hardest part

This is one of those questions that if you ask a hundred people, you get two hundred answers. Everything about PTSD is tough: seeing a partner go through struggles they can’t manage. Witnessing their irrationality, isolation, sadness and anger. Feeling powerless to help. But what many say is the hardest part is actually the most beneficial: finding a way to get them to seek treatment.
